Fleet Management Handbook
Proposed handbook 2300.04, REV-4, Fleet Mgmt Program Handbook. A completely revised handbook (replaces current Motor Vehicle Mgmt Hndbk, 2300.4 REV-3) incorporating changes in Federal law, regulation and governing policies. Program responsibility is aligned with the Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer. Chapter 2 and 3 are new. Chapter 4 is revised with emphasis being on the home to work program. Chapter 5 consolidates responsibilities assigned to various HUD offices and/or program areas. Chapter 6 has been expanded to incorporate operator/driver info contained in various chapters from previous handbook. Chapter 7 provides updated hdqtrs and field accident reporting claims procedures.
